After experiencing nasal stuffiness, intermittent ear pain and daily sinus headaches for several years I made an appointment with Michael Setzen who had removed my son's tonsils some years ago. After examining my nasal passages, he discovered that they had narrowed significantly and explained an in office procedure he could perform called a balloon sinus dilation with no down time. I had the procedure the following week. It took about an hour. My nose was anesthetized and the procedure went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Setzen called that evening to see how I was feeling. I didn't even need Tylenol that night!! I woke the next morning feeling better than I had felt in years. I had a follow up visit the next day and several others to check the healing process. The office staff is friendly and compassionate and my appointments have always been on time. This has been a very easy process and extremely effective. No more sinus headaches!!
