Dr. Setzen literally changed my life! I badly deviated my septum playing football in 1979 and lived with it until a few months ago. I am not a fan of surgery and was concerned about the recovery so I put off taking care of it until recently. I finally gave in to the surgery because I was waking up 5-6 times a night and never felt rested. Both my nasal passages were almost completely blocked. For three days post-op I was a somewhat uncomfortable but never in pain. Three week later I am sleeping deeply and breathing comfortably through my nose. Even exercise seems easier. I am upset with myself for waiting for so long!!! Dr. Setzen did a wonderful job and his sweet disposition made the whole process easier.

There is no one better than Dr. Setzen. He answered any and every single question prior to my surgery and took such amazing care of me. He knew how anxious I was about the surgery and he and his team put me at ease. Everything he explained to me pre surgery was exactly what happened post surgery.

I highly recommend Dr.Setzen. He truly does have hands of gold. I broke my nose and had surgery to fix it. Like new. Moya handled everything for me and they were truly professional. Great experience and highly recommended.

Dr. Setzen is a fantastic ENT. He takes your concerns and symptoms seriously and is very friendly. I had some pain in my neck recently and all in 10 minutes, he scoped my nose and throat and found acid reflux and a deviated septum were the culprits. He took my tonsils out when I was 7 (I'm 30 now) and I've been strep throat free ever since. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Dr.Michael Setzen for treating issues of the ear,nose & throat !I am a Registerd Nuse/patient that has suffered with chronic sinusitis for over twenty years! I had two surgeries years ago by different ENT surgeons! Started seeing Dr.Setzen last year! Dr.Setzen is the Best ENT doctor!!! He has a great rapport with patients-is easy to talk to &actively manages the sinusitis & uses antibiotics only when necessary! He has a CT (car scan) in the office so he can readily see where your sinus problems are.! My CT Scan showed that I had blocked openings to my Frontal &Ethmoid sinuses-Had Sinus Ballon Dilation & Eustachian Tube Dilation done on November 5,2019, in the office with local anesthesia-procedure was well tolerated-minimal discomfort! Went home, tired first day but great after-no nasal packing ,just cotton balls for a few hours to absorb slight bleeding! Dr.Setzen did a great job-definitely would have this dilation if I ever need it-feel better than I had in years!!! Thank You so much,Dr.Setzen! Margaret Kula

ive had a history of sinus and breathing problems since childhood. After pills, sprays, and all of the other gimmicks I had Dr Setzen treat me for a deviated septum and he cleaned out my sinuses ten years ago. Foolishly I stopped office visits and my problems came back only this time with no sense of smell or taste. After living in misery I went back to Dr Setzen and he removed many polyps. now I can smell, taste and breath with no over the counter medicines. If you have sinus problems go see Dr Setzen!

Dr. Setzen performed my sinus surgery recently and I have never felt better. I had chronic headaches, sinus infections and was constantly sick. It cleared up all the pressure. Dr. Setzen is fantastic and I would highly recommend him for general ENT but most importantly the type of complex sinus surgery case that he performed on me.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Michael Setzen for many years. I have a chronic nasal condition and have needed several surgeries to remove reoccurring polyps. All surgeries were performed by Dr. Setzen with great success. He has always shown great care, deep understanding of the problem and how to treat it. In addition, Dr. Setzen performed reconstructive surgery on my son’s nose a few years ago. My son had an extremely severe deviated septum from a childhood injury. He had only 5 to 10% breathing capability. It was a challenging and complex surgery that most doctors would not have even attempted. It was a 100% successful surgery, and my son has been able to breathe freely ever since. To put it simply - brilliant mind, golden hands, beautiful personality. Thank you Dr. Setzen!

Sinus surgery works! Ten years ago I was getting sinus infections every other month. Finally I took Dr. Setzen's advice and had sinus surgery. It has been almost ten years and I have not had a sinus infection since! Dr. Setzen was patient, caring and a great surgeon. I have now come to him, ten years later, with a totally separate issue regarding my ear, again he has been thorough in examining my condition and listening to my symptoms. I feel confident that he will help me recover from this as well. I highly recommend Dr. Setzen for any ear, nose or throat issue you may have.

MY NAME IS VINCENT J. LOBIANCO I WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO MEET DR. SETZEN THROUGH MY FRIEND RICHARD MIRANDA. I WENT TO DR. SETZEN BECAUSE OF A TUMOR I HAD GROWING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS SCARED, AND HAD A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF ANXIETY. DR. SETZEN MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THROUGH HIS GREAT SENSE OF COMPASSION. THE DOCTOR DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND PUT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION RESULTING IN A TOTAL CURE OF THIS SERIOUS SITUATION. THE TUMOR HAD TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE IS WAS ATTACHED TO MY PAROTID GLAND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE.
